Many players have questions about how rewards work on online betting platforms — what the bonus terms are, how to earn points, and when cashback is paid out. Missing these details can mean missing out on a lot of value. At 5kbd2, the rewards system is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.
A quick note on the welcome bonus: a 100% first deposit bonus means if you deposit ৳5,000, you get another ৳5,000 in bonus funds. However, the bonus can't be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable after you've placed a certain amount in bets. This is standard practice across all platforms, and 5kbd2's wagering requirement is actually quite easy compared to the market.
Net loss is calculated every Monday based on the previous week's activity. If your total bets minus total winnings is negative, you receive a cashback percentage on that amount. For example, if you bet ৳8,000 and win ৳5,000, your net loss is ৳3,000. At the Gold tier, you'd receive 12% cashback — that's ৳360.
Many players see VIP status as something out of reach — but at 5kbd2, regular betting adds up faster than you'd think. The biggest perk for VIP members is a dedicated personal account manager: direct, one-on-one support for any issues or special requests. On top of that, custom bonus offers mean deals tailored specifically to you, going beyond what's available to regular members.
For any questions about rewards, contact 5kbd2's live chat support directly — available in Bangla, any day, any time.
